Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using PiPiPix ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PiPiPix provides tools to generate and edit images using AI models and related features. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or users.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy rights).
- Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or violent content.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with the Service.
- Reverse engineer or extract models except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to train competing models on our outputs or prompts in violation of plan terms.
- Circumvent quotas, billing, or technical limits (including using multiple accounts to evade restrictions).
5. Intellectual property and outputs
Your inputs. You retain rights in prompts and uploads you provide, subject to the license you grant us below.
License to operate. You grant PiPiPix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and store your inputs solely to provide and improve the Service, enforce policies, and comply with law.
Outputs. Rights in AI-generated outputs may vary by jurisdiction and plan. Paid plans may include broader commercial-use rights as described on the Pricing page; free tiers may be limited (for example personal, non-commercial, or lower resolution). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with law and for respecting third-party IP (for example you must not use the Service to imitate identifiable third-party characters or trademarks in a way that infringes rights).
No Studio Ghibli affiliation. Style names are descriptive of a general aesthetic category only. PiPiPix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Ghibli or other rights holders.
6. Subscriptions, credits, and taxes
Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Unless required otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as stated at purchase or under mandatory law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE; YOU EVALUATE AND USE OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PiPiPix AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PiPiPix against claims arising from your inputs, your outputs, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable rights you may have.
